KANU general backs CORD

Nairobi - KANU Secretary General Nick Salat has backed the CORD
Coalition and its efforts to forcefully remove the IEBC.
Salat, who was on Monday seen in Nairobi in the presence of
CORD Coalition leaders who were protesting against the IEBC in Nairobi, says
that change is a must in a society that has been hurt by past ills.
“We need change. Asking for change is not a bad thing and is
not an insult to anyone but a constitutional right afforded to Kenyans,” he

KANU as a party has stated that it would like there to be
changes to the IEBC but it has not been on record as saying it supports the
