Kalonzo left in the dark over State House visit

Nairobi - The visit by Kamba leaders to State House left Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka in the dark it has been revealed.
It is understood that the CORD principal was unaware of the meeting and was informed of it just a day to the event which took place Tuesday at State House Nairobi.
Over 10,000 leaders and professionals from the Kamba Community visited State House Tuesday to have talks with President Kenyatta over various issues.
Kalonzo according to insiders was in the dark over the meeting.
" He was as shocked as everyone else. The visit was known of a day to it happening and by then he could do nothing about it," a Wiper source told News24.
Kalonzo is not expected by many to be the flag bearer for the CORD Coalition come the 2017 elections.
That is said to have prompted Kamba leaders to plot a way of moving to the ruling Jubilee Coalition.
" Kalonzo is looking like a sent force and people are watching closely," Michael Njenga a political analyst in Nairobi told News24.
Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua looks increasingly to be gaining a foothold in the Ukambani region which has left Kalonzo vulnerable," reports state.
