'Judge' sharing pornography on Facebook
29 September 2016, 20:58
Nairobi - The Judicial Service Commission (JSC) has distanced one of its members from a Facebook account bearing his name and which is sharing explicit content.
The account bearing the name of Justice Aggrey Muchelule, JSC said through a statement on Wednesday, is fake and members of the public should stay away from it.
“The Commission wishes to notify the general public that on 27th September 2016, a Facebook account purporting to belong to Commissioner Judge Aggrey Muchelule was created,” said Head of Communication at JSC, Morton Saulo.
The statement added: “We have noted the phony account manager is posting obscene content on the timeline.
Being a public figure, the account is tainting the commissioner’s image and reputation.” Justice Muchelule was elected to represent judges and magistrates at the powerful JSC on October 2013. He replaced Justice Isaac Lenaola whose three-year term at the commission had ended.
