Jubilee will drown KANU in Kericho, Ruto says

Nairobi - The Jubilee Coalition will drown the opposition in the Kericho by elections, a confident DP William Ruto has said.
The DP, who has spent lots of time and energy in campaigning for the Jubilee Party candidate Aaron Cheruiyot ahead of the polls, says that victory is guaranteed for the Coalition in the face of pressure from the KANU.
Paul Sang is the KANU candidate.
According to the DP, the elections Monday will be pivotal to the party.
" The election will be important but it will be won by Jubilee," he said Sunday at the sidelines of the First Lady's Half Marathon initiative, the Beyond Zero marathon.
A number of leaders have backed KANU in the elections in defiance of the ruling coalition but Ruto says it is not a worry.
" It is democracy but we know Jubilee is in government for a reason," he boasted.
All eyes will be on Kericho Monday as well as Malindi as the highly anticipated election takes place.
