Nairobi - Jubilee MPs from Nakuru County have vowed to push their planned censor motion against Interior CS, Joseph Nkaissery over what they termed as his misuse of power.
The MPs said that despite recieving orders from State House to abandon the motion, they will not relent.
Led by Bahati MP Kimani Ngunjiri, the legislators said that Nkaissery has failed in his responsibilities and is also biased.
They added that Nkaissery is not fit to hold the critical position and should be replaced.

"We have told Nkaissery severally to stop causing problems in Nakuru County over land but he has continued. He has failed to provide a solution and end the disputes on the border of Nakuru and Narok counties and that is why we want him out," said Ngunjiri.
Naivasha MP, John Kihagi said that land disputes in Naivasha have increased under Nkaissery's leadership because he has failed to be an impartial arbitrator.
"Instead of solving the crisis, he has made it worse. We have the numbers we need to send him home," said Kihagi.
Nkaissery has been accused of favouring his Maasai community in the land disputes against the Kikuyu in Naivasha and Narok.
