Nakuru - A Jubilee member of Parliament has accused senior government officials of turning the government into a money laundering outfit by openly engaging in multi-billion corruption scandals.
Kuresoi south MP, Zakayo Cheruiyot said that senior government officers including members of Parliament are more focused on stealing than serving Kenyans.
Speaking Sunday in Kuresoi town, Cheruiyot lamented that billions shillings are being laundered to foreign accounts under the watch of the government.

He added that those stealing the money are doing it openly without any fear because they know no action will be taken against them.
"What we are witnessing in Jubilee is the biggest money laundering scheme where senior officers are stealing billions of shillings from public offices and soon this country will be dry," said Cheruiyot.
He added: "They are stealing money left, right and center and their appetite for money is just worrying but the sad thing is that the President knows this is happening and he is doing nothing to stop it."
