Nairobi - I'm not in Jubilee, former ODM strategist says.
Miguna Miguna, a former political adviser to CORD leader Raila Odinga says that he is not in the ruling coalition, despite declaring his willingness to run for the seat of Nairobi Governor come the 2017 polls.
He says that despite not being a fan of the opposition, he is not keen on the ruling coalition either.
" I am not in Jubilee and will not join the party," he said Thursday.
He added that he felt that he would vie as an independent candidate and give fresh ideas to Nairobians.
" If it happens (candidacy) then likely it will be as an independent candidate," he added.
Miguna has been seen in some Jubilee Coalition events, adding fuel to rumours that he has joined the ruling coalition.
He fell out with CORD leader Odinga in the aftermath of the 2013 General Elections and to date has not made a comeback to that side, stating that he does not trust Raila or any other leaders in the party.
