Police brutality: IEBC protester feared dead

Nairobi - A man beaten by Police Monday in Nairobi during the CORD IEBC protests has allegedly died.
The man, according to reports is dead, reports that News24 could not independently verify.
In a video that went viral, Police were seen clobbering him while he lay still on the ground.
The identity of the officers is yet to be known.
" Sad to hear that the protester who was brought to town by the Jubilee Coalition to disrupt the CORD protests has died. He is Ben Ngatia from Ndumberi," the Wanjiku Revolution tweeted Tuesday.
Central Police boss Paul Wanjama was unaware of the incident.
" We are yet to receive any reports," he said.
The protests were met with fierce force Monday by Police who allegedly used live ammunition against supporters of the CORD Coalition.
