Nairobi - Olympic 3000m steeplechase champion, Ezekiel Kemboi has rescinded his decision to retire saying he must first reclaim his medal.
In his Facebook page, Kemboi said that he changed his mind after he was stripped off the bronze medal that he won Wednesday in the ongoing Rio Olympics.
“I had opted to retire right after the Olympics only if I had come home with this medal…now I feel that I have to bring back this medal not by protesting again but right on the track,” he posted.
