'I will fight for gay rights as a CJ' - Makau Mutua

Nairobi - Professor Makau Mutua has said he will fight for gay rights once he is found suitable to hold the Chief Justice position in Kenya.
Speaking while responding the panelists today, Mutua said gays and lesbians have a constitutional right to be protected and there was no need of discriminating them.
