Nairobi - I am back in Jubilee, a Rift Valley MP has told DP William Ruto.
Kapseret MP Oscar Sudi says that he is fully back in the Jubilee fold and that it is now time to consolidate support in the Rift Valley towards the 2017 General Elections.
Sudi, who has in the past flirted with KANU and the CORD Coalition, says that he is happy to return and support the DP.
" It has been said that I am leaving but I am still here and I will remain here," he told News24.
He stated that focus must be on rebuilding trust with the people in the midst of issues that are yet to be solved.
" I had no issue with the DP as a person but on the record of the Jubilee government which has been filled with corruption allegations. That was my main worry," he added.
Sudi as well as other rebels have in recent times been holding talks with the DP to forge a united front ahead of the 2017 polls.
