How much alcohol is enough?

If you must drink alcohol, insist on red wine as it will supply your body with energy and a number of antioxidants.
However, do not exceed 2 glasses; make drinking a social event other than a daily activity.
If you drink beer, do not exceed 2 bottles.
Excessive consumption of beer leads to development of beer belly, which is ideally a result of water retention in your cells.
Beer belly comprises of retained water, waste and fat, which may call for a complete withdrawal from beer.
