Nyeri - Five people died in two separate grisly road accidents at Funanyatta area along Isiolo-Marsabit highway.

Kogo expressed concern that the place at which the tragedy occurred was turning out to be a dangerous spot as many accidents have been happening there in the recent past.
“This is the same spot where two lives were lost yesterday after a Mitsubishi lorry was involved in accident killing an elderly man and the turn boy,” he said.
The County Police Chief appealed to motorists plying the Isiolo-Marsabit- Moyale highway to be extra careful now that the construction of the road is nearing completion.
