Nairobi - After relinquishing their Cecafa Challenge Cup trophy to Uganda Cranes, Harambee Stars' dismal performance in Ethiopia has seen Kenya drop from position 98 to 101 in the latest FIFA rankings released by world football governing body, FIFA.
This is a three places drop compared to the last ranking that had placed them in the 98th position after upsetting Cape Verde in Nairobi.
Despite causing an upset in Nairobi, mediocre preparation coupled with the shambolic trip to Cape Verde that almost never took place saw them lose to the hosts and crush out of the World Cup qualifiers.
