25 May 2016, 21:10
Kenyans on social media have raised concerns over who is charge of the country now that both the President and his deputy are out of the country.
President Uhuru Kenyatta jetted out of the country on Tuesday and headed to Zambia.
His deputy William Ruto have been out of the country in Istanbul attending the World Humanitarian Summit.During the International Criminal Cases that were facing the President and his deputy, the two notified the ICC that they were unable to attend to their cases simultaneously as the constitution requires one of them to remain in the country.
Kenyans on social media questioned the ICC case theory and why now the President and his deputy had left the country with a 'power vacuum'.
