EACC report: 5 top most corrupt counties

Nairobi - A survey done by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has revealed threat corruption is rampant in these five counties:
The EACC report further indicated that the average bribe reported in the country had increased from KES 20,075 in 2012 to KES 80,000 in 2015 cutting across all the counties.
