Nairobi - Ethics and Anti Corruption Commision EACC officials have raided the home of former Devolution CS Anne Waiguru in Nairobi.
They have also raided the homes of former Devolution PS Peter Mangiti and other senior Devolution as well as National Youth Service NYS boss Nelson Githinji.
They arrived at the various homes at around 6.30 AM and produced court orders as well as Police warrants to search the various homes.
" They arrived here just before 7 AM and they are still here. They have warrants and are searching for vital documents, they say," an aide close to Waiguru who did not want to be named told News24.
Waiguru resigned from office last week after pressure from opposition chiefs and civil society over the loss of KES 791 million at the NYS.
Mangiti and Githinji have already been charged in court over the various offences linked to the loss of funds at the NYS.
