Do not let CORD destroy Jubilee unity, Kabogo tells leaders

Nairobi - Only unity will help Jubilee Party win 2017 polls, William Kabogo says.
Kiambu Governor William Kabogo has reiterated that he has no
preferred candidate within the county and refuted claims that he has
been fronting specific individuals.
Speaking in Thika town Monday, Kabogo stated that he is impartial,
and was hoping for a free fair and democratic nomination process.
" I have only one candidate next year who is President Uhuru Kenyatta and
his deputy. Those are my candidates. The other candidate, God willing
will be me in my county,” he said.
The Kiambu Governor was responding to allegations made by politicians and emphasised the need to unite Kenyans.
He had earlier called on the party to hold fair nominations and
expressed confidence that he would clinch the Governor’s seat in his
" Without unity we will go nowhere. I would like to urge supporters to be ready to fight for Jubilee," he added.
He had also said that he is ready to back whoever wins the gubernatorial race in the county in next year’s General Election.
