Nairobi - Outspoken Senator, Kipchumba Murkomen has advised his colleague Moses Wetang’ula to ditch the official opposition coalition Cord.
The Elgeyo Marakwet Senator said former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has already started frustrating the presidential bid of the Ford Kenya leader, pointing out the chaos that occurred over the weekend.
On Saturday, violence ensued at Kakamega’s Muliro gardens where Wetang’ula officially launched his bid with fingers being pointed at members of the Raila led ODM party.

“I will advise our Senate minority leader to tread carefully as the ODM leadership has already started blackmailing him. He needs to open his eyes as Raila has started frustrating his bid to vie for the top seat in the land,” said Murkomen.
The Senator who is a close ally of Deputy President William Ruto condemned the weekend incident and pointed out that CORD events have consistently been marred with chaos.
