Debate session halted temporarily as MCA asks for a minute to cry

Nakuru - The Nakuru County assembly was on Wednesday evening treated to a rare drama and laughter after an MCA requested the House Speaker to give him time to weep for the poor.
Turi MCA, Michael Wang'ombe stood on a point of order during the normal debate and requested Speaker Susan Kihika to give him one minute to cry for the poor people in the County of Nakuru.

Wang'ombe said the poor in the County were suffering very much and their cry was not being heard by the County assembly.
Speaker Kihika grated him his wish and the MCA kept his word by weeping for one minute amidst laughter and applause from fellow MCAs.
