Nairobi - CORD will hold a parallel rally on Saturday parallel to a similar one held by the Jubilee Coalition in Nakuru.
CORD leadership at their Orange House headquarters stated to News24 that the rally to advocate for the rights of the the post election violence victims will be held at the Woodley Grounds in Kibera.
It will run parallel to a similar one held by the Jubilee Coalition in Nakuru.
" Things will be hot. We will have our own rally in Kibera on Saturday," a source at Orange House stated.
The move will help give post election violence victims a platform to air their views, the source added.
The news comes after CORD leader Raila Odinga criticized the ICC for dropping the ICC cases and in the end motioned that he would not attend the thanksgiving rally in Nakuru after being invited by Jubilee leaders to help foster unity in the country.
