Nairobi - A CORD MP has denied being involved in the killing of businessman Jacob Juma.
John Waluke of Sirisia who is allied to FORD Kenya, says that he has no part to play in the execution in cold blood of Juma who was killed in Nairobi last month.
Juma was shot several times and was found dead along Ngong Road outside Lenana School.
There have been many theories as to how Juma died and who was involved with the latest having Waluke named, but he has vehemently denied the claims.
" Those are false claims and clear fabrications. I had nothing to do with his killing," he told News24 after the reports emerged over the weekend.
Waluke says that in case of anything he is ready to cooperate with Police but insists he has nothing to offer the investigations.
" I know nothing about that issue. If I did I could have helped but I can't," he added.
Waluke is the latest to be named in the probe over Juma's death, with people such as Deputy President William Ruto also on the allegedly accused list.
