Concentrate on Jubilee, not yourselves, MP tells CORD leaders

05 October 2016, 16:26 Victor Tinto

Nairobi - Concentrate on Jubilee and not yourselves, an MP has told CORD leaders.

Nyando MP Fred Outa has castigated CORD leaders for their infighting while they should be planning on how to oust President Uhuru Kenyatta.

Outa said that being a coalition, the three parties should work to strengthen each other and not to bring down other candidates.

" It does not augur well to attack any party leader in CORD. Our enemies are Jubilee. We should ensure each party in our coalition is strengthened before we nominate our presidential flag-bearer in a democratic process,” said the Nyando MP.

Outa has been angered with the recent arguments over who should lead the CORD Coalition come the 2017 polls.

He says that Raila Odinga of ODM, Kalonzo Musyoka of Wiper and Moses Wetang'ula of FORD Kenya must agree once and for all and not let the Jubilee Coalition take advantage of their arguments over who will be the flag bearer for the coalition.
