KANU rejects Kericho by election results

Nairobi - KANU have rejected the Kericho by election voting results.
Led by Secretary General Nick Salat, the party rejected the results saying that they had been doctored by the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commision IEBC.
" The results are a sham," Salat told News24 on phone.
" For example in Bureti we are seeing different results from what our agents are giving as compared to what the IEBC is transmitting," he stated.
" This is a falacy. The results we have are not in any way close to what the IEBC has and that is a big issue," he added.
At the moment, KANU candidate Paul Sag trails Jubilee Party's Aaron Cheruiyot who has so far garnered over 100,000 votes to Sang's 50,000.
