Nairobi - Award winning photojournalist and one of
the leading socio-political activists in Kenya, Boniface Mwangi, has apparently
gone broke and decided to sell his iconic Suzuki SV 1000 motorcycle.
He put it
up for sale on social media, saying that he had gone totally broke and was
willing to sell it for a fraction of its original price. He also reveals that
he has not ridden the motor for more than a year, another reason why he might
chosen to let go of it.
His fans have left comments on the post
asking him why he was selling and giving him encouragement during this hard
time in his life.
Whether or not this is a sign of desperate times for the
activist, who has been around the world showcasing his work and giving talks in
prestigious universities is still in the air.
The motorcycle is going for
400,000ksh, and can be checked out here: https://web.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=1864469727113709&set=pcb.10157055764850014&type=3&theater
