Blogger Alai summoned to court over fake Waqo degree claims

Nairobi - Blogger Robert Alai has been summoned to court to answer to charges of claiming that Ethics and Anti Corruotion Commision EACC boss Walakhe Waqo has a fake degree certificate.
The not too far from controversy Alai has been summoned by Milimani Chief Magistrate Daniel Ogembo who said that he should appear before the court on Wednesday to face charges of improper use of licensed telecommunications system.
Alai said on his Facebook account that he questioned the "authenticity of the degree of Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission CEO Halakhe Waqo".
" If Waqo, Ndegwa Muhoro and Tobiko don't want themselves questioned, they should immediately resign from public service," he said.
"Waqo must produce his degree and show us where he got it. It's that simple people", he added.
Alai has previously been in trouble over his posts and thus as a result, says he does not care and will not apologize for his latest comments.
