Nairobi - Abdi warns politicians making inflammatory utterances By Wasike Elvis 05/08/2016 Uasin Gishu County Commissioner Hassan Abdi has warned politicians making inflammatory statements meant to divide Kenyans.
He said, such politicians will be arrested and charged since they are a threat to the security of law abiding citizens.
"Am giving stern warning to politicians who are fond of preaching hate messages and inciting Kenyans in tribal and political cocoons, to look for alternative jobs before the law catches with them"he said.
Speaking to journalists in Eldoret town on Friday Abdi said, he will not allow any politicians to divide Kenyans for his or her personal gains.
"I urge Kenyans to refuse to be used by self oriented politicians to gain political myliage. Why should you fight your neighbors because of a politician who doesn't know you, we need to style up "he said.
He said, politicians should compete on ideas and not through fighting and abusing each other . " As the 2017 elections are almost hear I will be sending my officers to political rallies to monitor politicians utterances "he said
