Ababu to launch his own party

Nairobi - Budalangi Member of Parliament, Ababu Namwamba has said that he will launch his own party at the end of this month.
Speaking to News24 on phone, Ababu said that the launch of the party will end all the propaganda and falsehoods that have been peddled by his opponents after he resigned as the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party secretary general last month.
"I will launch my new party at the end of August as I have concluded consulting the people at the grassroot level. A new political party is needed to give a fresh impetus to the politics in the country," he said.

The former ODM Secretary General said that his party is ready and willing to form a coalition with like-minded parties.
"After the launch of the party, we will build a coalition with other parties and we will declare our stand without fear," he said.
