Woman stabs neighbour over spoon

Naivasha - Police in Naivasha have mounted a search for a woman who stabbed and killed her neighbour in Kihoto Estate after they allegedly disagreed over a spoon.
Naivasha deputy police boss, Agnes Amojong confirmed the incident saying that the mother of two stabbed her colleague after she failed to return a spoon she had borrowed from her.
“The information we are getting is that the deceased had borrowed a spoon from her neighbor, but a disagreement ensued after she failed to return it and in the process she was stabbed and unfortunately she passed on,” said Amojong.

“Police are looking for the suspect as she escaped after she committed the crime, leaving behind her two children. We hope to catch up with her so that she can answer to the murder charges.”
The stabbed woman died on her way to the Naivasha district hospital.
Amojong called on residents and relatives of the woman to provide any information that might help in her arrest.
Lakeview MCA, Simon Wanyoike, called on residents to solve their differences amicably to avoid such sad incidences.
