10 December 2014, 15:13 Ben Wafula

Bungoma - Police in Lwakhakha, Bungoma County, are looking for a married middle-aged woman who scolded her boyfriend with hot water inflicting him with serious injuries after he caught her with another man in a compromising situation.

The culprit has been living in a rental house in Lwandanyi market within Sirisia Constituency.

Kevin Barasa, son to Maendeleo ya Wanawake Sirisia sub-County Chair Mildred Barasa, had visited her sweet mama only to find her with another man in a compromising situation and when he questioned her, she ran for hot water in the kitchen and poured it on him instantly.

"Kwani hapa ni kwako ndio uniulize maswali ya ujinga?-is this your house for you to ask me such silly questions?" asked the woman.

The woman's husband works in Nairobi and the woman had taken advantage of his absence to sneak in other men.

Rose Namalwa, a neighbor, said that the culprit has been having affairs with different men who do not know each other and it was just sheer bad luck that she was busted.

The health facility clinical officer in charge, Felix Pombo said the patient was treated and referred to Bungoma county referral hospital for further treatment.
