Why the going seems tougher for Raila and CORD

15 March 2013, 18:08Cheruo Levi Cheptora

Even as Raila and his ‘tough’ battalion are set to file a petition in the Supreme Court this Saturday, I must admit that he has major hurdles ahead, so to speak.

Whereas the President Elect is already enjoying the a President’s status and meeting stakeholders from both the Public and Private sectors, in effect winning them over, little will be said of the Hon Prime Minister and his Vice President Hon Kalonzo Musyoka despite their court suits and future undertakings.

The ground is tilted and certainly not in CORD's favor ... anybody who would want to assume all this needs to only look the World over where such has ever happened.

Not even in the Papal Country ... the Vatican is the Power assumed to have been given; I am told that the Constitution stipulates for this to be so and this post merely wants to get insights on the very same, considering there is a case in the Supreme Court.

To add to the would-be ‘ugly’ turnout of events is the latest petition by the JUBILEE team seeking to be declared the ultimate winners!

Whether an amicable solution will be unraveled, time is to tell!

As the hours and days pass by, Kenyans are keeping peace and maintaining their calm more than ever before!
