Nairobi - The controversial member of parliament for Gatundu South Moses Kuria has alleged ICC witness were paid KES 2000 each.
The MP said the amount was paid by Party of National Unity (PNU) to witnesses in the Waki and Kriegler reports on 2007/8 violence.
The reports ended up being used by ICC to force their case against Deputy President William Ruto and journalist Joshua Sang.
" When I started raising issues on credibility of witnesses I was ignored. I am now and they are listening to me as a legislator." He said.
The Gatundu South MP made the assertion during prayer rally for the Deputy President William Ruto.
The MP says he will not back down yet on his 'ICC fixing' claims.
He has also mentioned former Prime Minister and CORD leader Raila Odinga, former Orange Democratic Movement Secretary General and Kisumu senator Anyang Nyongo and NARC Kenya party leader Martha Karua in his list.
Karua has thus far sued him on the same.
"Making of the report was political. PNU which I belonged to was out to prove we won the presidential votes. ODM was out to discredit it. It was the best way was to procure witnesses to get a win, " Kuria said.
He was speaking in Nyabikaye SDA in Kuria West constituency and was accompanied by area MP Mathias Roby.
