A message calling for peace and tranquility as the country moves closer towards the general elections was the day's theme from the vice president Kalonzo Musyoka's wife Pauline during her visit at Obosando seventh day adventist church in Kisii.
Pauline added that no Kenyan would wish to undergo the same situation as the 2007 post election violence.
She shunned away tribalism and asked Kenyans to propagate patriotism and love for one another to ensure peaceful co-existence and elections enshrined under the democratic umbrella.
Later, Pauline oversaw a fundraising held to raise funds to construct a primary school in Kitutu-Chache area.
She appealed to residents to discard cultural hampers the girl-child education and laid a price to sponsor one of the area girls up to the university level following the little number of girls in university from the area.
