The couple is said to have planned to spend their valentine day together at a drinking spree in the neighborhood before the tragic incident occurred.

Confirming the incident the area OCPD Mr. James Kithuka said the 30 years old father of two, died the following morning after spending a whole day taking illicit brew in the vicinity.

‘’I understand the man was heavily drunk and after beating his wife he kicked them out of the house together with the kids at  night and  spend the night alone before dying the following morning, ‘noted Kithuka.

According to the OCPD, the man woke up well on Wednesday morning and requested for a glass of water from his younger brother but upon taking he started vomiting and collapsed.
