Ulinzi to play Division one side Oserian FC in friendly

Nakuru - Kenya Premier League side Ulinzi Stars will play Division one side, Oserian FC in preparation for their weekend encounter with AFC Leopards at Mumias Sports Complex.
A statement on the teams’ website said the Oserian pitch is reminiscent to the one in Mumias and getting a feel of a similar pitch to the weekend venue will be good preparation for the team.
“Mostly it will be about our tactical approach to that game and planning on how we are going to play. Oserian is a good side which I know will give us good training,” the team’s coach Salim Ali said.
The team is currently free from injuries after the return of Collins Ochieng who has recovered well from an injury he sustained in the pre-season trip to Mombasa.
Salim will therefore have his entire squad to test out different combinations.
Ulinzi opened their 2014 season with a 1-1 draw against Chemelil Sugar at the Afraha Stadium last weekend.
