Ulinzi set to announce Engen sponsorship deal

Nakuru - Kenya Premier League side Ulinzi Stars is expected to announce a sponsorship deal with Engen Petroleum Company.
According to statement on the club’s official website, the soldiers and the petroleum company have been in talks for the past few months and are now at an advanced stage.
The deal will see Engen sponsor the team for the coming Kenyan Premier League season.
“We have been in talks with Engen after getting the go ahead from the Defense Headquarters (DHQ). The negotiations have been going on well and we expect to release the details to the public soon,” Chairman Lt. Col. Mwinyikai Juma said.
According to Mwinyikai, the details of the deal will be released by the DHQ before the end of the week.
“We are happy to partner with Engen and we look forward to exciting times,” he added.
Engen will become the second commercial sponsors for the club after Metropolitan Insurance which sponsored the team in the 2012 second leg.
