UDF: We are still working with Jubilee

Nakuru - The United Democratic Forum (UDF) party is still in agreement and fully working with the Jubilee government, the party Chairman Hassan Osman has reiterated.
Speaking Wednesday at a Nakuru hotel, Osman said that the post election agreement they signed with the Jubilee coalition still stands and can only be withdrawn through a delegate conference.
“UDF signed a post–poll pact with the Jubilee coalition and the agreement runs for five years. As far as the party chairman is concerned, the agreement is still in place and UDF is still working with the Jubilee government unless the party delegates decide otherwise,” said Osman.

He added that the move by individual UDF members to work with the opposition does not mean that the party is working with the opposition.
“If one person has shifted his allegiance to the opposition, it doesn’t mean that UDF has done so,” he said.
On the issue of joining JAP, Osaman said that the decision will be made by the party delegates when the right time comes.
