Time is a scarce organisational resource which needs careful and proper utilisation for an individual or organisation to push forward.
This is in line with the saying that goes time is money. Therefore managers must at all times budget their time so that they can perform their daily tasks while still ensuring that they have some time left for future strategic plans.
