Nairobi - Sauti Sol's new hit track Nishike has raised quite a few eyebrows with its 'explicit' video but some have chosen to look at the funny side of it.
The jam “Nishike” has been the center of attention for the past few weeks after its release and eventual ban by TV stations for showing “explicit” content.
Kenyans on social media have been split about the verdict of the stations to ban the song, most of them saying that there really isn’t much wrong with it.
The track features the half-naked members of the group being “Shikwad” by skimpily dressed women dancing provocatively. Its ban from TV has made an internet hit with over 200,000
YouTube views since it was released with thousands of views daily.
In the midst of all this drama, Capital FM staff decided to make their own version of the Sauti Sol song which has gone viral since its release yesterday with over 30,000 views. Their version of the song features a nicely oiled up plus sized individual being “shikwad” by a plus sized model.
The video has evoked quite a reaction and will without a doubt leave you rolling on the floor laughing. If you haven’t already seen it.
