TNA Sec Gen to sue Bahati MP for defamation

Nakuru - The National Alliance party (TNA) Secretary General, Onyango Oloo has threatened to sue Bahati MP, Kimani Ngunjiri for linking him with corruption.
Ngunjiri had accused Oloo of receiving bribe from a Nakuru MCA, Samuel Waithuki who is the Nakuru County Assembly Majority Leader so as to ensure that TNA party endorses him against the embattled Mwaura Njenga who had been impeached from the position.
Speaking to the press Wednesday at Nakuru town, Oloo said the MP should prove all the allegations he leveled against him and report it to the EACC.
"Ngunjiri should go to the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission with all the facts and report it there so that the EACC can come and charge me instead of uttering things in the public without facts. I am asking him to apologise with immediate effect failure to that I will sue him in court,” said Oloo.

Oloo went ahead to ask the MP to ensure that he gathers all the facts and concrete evidence that will implicate him in the allegations.
"I am kindly telling Ngunjiri to be prepared to meet me in court so that we can settle this issue once and for all. I hope he has all the evidence and facts that will prove am guilty,” added Oloo.
He further said that TNA was free from any kind of form of corruption.
"We as leaders should be on the forefront to fighting this monster, and we should ensure that we also teach our people not to indulge in the vice,” he added.
