Nairobi - Two men suspected to impersonate the Sonko Rescue Team were arrested at the Chiromo mortuary.
The two men were arrested and taken to the Kileleshwa Police station Wednesday for questioning.
They were named Alfred and Ziggy Musumba and were dressed in Sonko rescue team attire.
They were arrested while purporting to help families of the victims of the 148 persons killed in the Garissa terrorist attack camped at the mortuary as they seek to identify and pick up bodies of their loved ones.
The two men were flagged by members of the Sonko Rescue team who complained that they did not know them.
The rescue team has been banned by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero for illegally being in operation.
However, they have been seen at the Chiromo mortuary since the Garissa tragedy, still offering their trauma services and donations to families of the dead.
