Nairobi - The son of the Malawi ambassador to Kenya was found dead in an apparent murder incident over the weekend.
Dennis Chirwa, son to ambassador Marcel Chirwa was found dead at a farm in Tigoni, Limuru, Sunday in what police believe was a murder incident.
He had been stabbed severally in the stomach area according to police. Dennis, was a third year student at the nearby St Paul’s University.
The 25-year-old is said to have gone with his friends to a bar outside campus to watch Saturday evening English Premier League football matches and did not return to his hostel that night.

Police say that his fellow students were not worried when he did not return as it was common for students to sleep outside campus on weekends.
His body though, was found later on, in an incident that has shocked the usually quiet university.
Police are continuing with investigations into the matter, with friends and fellow students being questioned by police over the matter.
" We have spoken to those who were with him Saturday night and they have recorded statements. It is apparent from the state of his body that he was stabbed by a secondary party," a police officer that did not want to be named said.
His body is currently lying at the Lee Funeral home Nairobi.
