Sauti Sol win yet another accolade

Nairobi - The year has kicked on spectacularly for Kenya’s favourite boy
band Sauti Sol, winning a handful of awards from different awards ceremonies,
and having hundreds of articles written about them.
Their year just got better
after they were named by BBC Africa as being one of the 5 musical talents from
Africa to watch through 2015.
The list provided by BBC’s biggest African DJ, Dj
Edu who plays for the 1xtra BBC show features artists from across Africa including
Silvastone, Wizkid, K.O and Patoranking.
The group have been the talk of the town after the release
of their song “Nishike”, which was banned by the Kenyan government, instantly
sky rocketing them to the very top of the African music scene.
It was followed
by the award winning Sura Yako, which has earned them a top 5 spot in the BBC
