Sauti Sol on the verge of massive album deal
09 July 2014, 19:19
Nairobi - Single handedly the biggest musical group to come from Kenya, following in the footsteps of artists like Eric Wainaina, Sauti Sol are allegedly on the verge of a massive deal for their album with a local telecommunications giant.
The deal according to sources is an exclusive contract which will see their music featured on the Telco’s platforms across the world.
This new deal, if it does happen, is set to solidify the group’s position as the biggest Afro, Neo- soul group to come out of East Africa, if not the whole of Africa. The group has been on tour promoting their music around the world, a few months after their nomination and performance at the MTV MAMA awards in South Africa.
Unfortunately the group could not be reached to verify these claims, but more details will be brought to you as they arise.
