Nairobi - Journalist Joshua Sang will approach CORD leader Raila Odinga to testify at the Hague based International Criminal Court ICC over allegations of witness fixing.
Odinga as well as his brother Oburu have been on record as stating that they are willing to testify at the ICC over allegations that witnesses in the trial facing Sang and Deputy President William Ruto.
And Sang, in looking to have his case of dismissal of the trial will seek to have the two testify on his behalf.
" We are not yet there but they stating that they can testify is a start and if the opportunity to take it up becomes feasible we will consider it," Sang's lawyer Katwa Kigen told News24.
Another person who is set to be included in the trial facing Ruto and Sang is Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria who has already been grilled by ICC investigators over the matter.
Raila stated that he would not mind helping Ruto but that the real culprits of the fixing saga were in his Jubilee coalition.
The fixing matter has brought much debate over the legality of the case as well as the truth behind the prosecution's case.
