Ruto plans to sue Duale

Nairobi - Council of Governors chair Isaac Ruto has said he will sue leader of majority Aden Duale over comments made alluding to corruption.
Ruto and Duale took their gloves off Monday in Narok, having a go at each
other in a show of political supremacy.
Duale had accused Ruto
of misuse of public funds in-front of the watching public and
diplomats, saying he had plundered KES 184 million belonging to public

He also went on to attack Ruto's integrity, saying he has no right to talk about a referendum when he is known to be corrupt.
He must first explain to us where the money has disappeared to before
he talks about a referendum, Duale said in-front of a surprised Deputy
President William Ruto and diplomats.
Speaking Tuesday on the matter, Ruto did not downplay it, saying instead that he would sue Duale if he did not substantiate his claims.

I urge him (Duale) to produce evidence that I have stolen public money and if not, I might have to pursue legal proceedings ", he said at a meeting in his Bomet County.
He also continued his clamour for a referendum, saying that it is necessary for the growth of the nation.
" We want government to be committed to ensuring that the country grows and that will only happen if devolution is instituted ".
