Rules to good anal sex

Nairobi - Anal sex is one of those taboo topics that people do not
want to even acknowledge exists here in Kenya. For quite a long
while, it is just ignored and thus most times some women become victims of their own
You do something yet you are not sure of the pros and cons involved.
Some of it hilarious, others just downright tragic. The worst is thinking that
having anal sex is a form of prevention from STDs and STIs. Where people get
these theories just proves how many do not pay attention when in biology
A lot of women especially in the coastal region come from a
family backgrounds which are strict when it comes to virginity and its
importance when someone gets married. This in turn creates a situation where
the woman thinks that as long as she is having anal sex, she gets to preserve
her virginity and still prevent STDs. Wrong. Anal sex creates even higher risk
as compared to virginal sex.
The two should always remain separate
What this means is
just that you cannot move from one hole to the other, it is a process. You
cannot move from the anus to the vagina even if using a condom. The penis
should be cleaned before it goes back to the vagina. Does not, matter if you
got an enema or anal douche. Just do it, because it is a rule of thumb.
It poses higher risk as compared to vaginal sex
This is due to the fact that it can easily tear. You need to
use a condom and a lot of lubrication to minimize risk of tearing and generally
reduce chances of STD transmissions. But the condom can always sleep off due to
the tightness of the anus so you do need to be careful.

You need to be gentle
Otherwise you can
cause damage which may lead to serious medical issues or long-term damage. This
is because the anus, was meant for things to go out and not in as compared to
the vagina which stretches and is self-lubricating. You can bleed due to tearing of the anal
tissues or a hole in the colon. Thus you really do need to be really gentle.
Not only because of the above risks but to reduce pain
Too much of it and it can lead to weakening of the anal
It’s a taboo thing, so you want to do it since it is
forbidden but once you do it and find that you enjoy it, you may be advised not
to make it a tradition. Because too much of it can result in the anal sphincters
becoming weakened, which may affect the ability to hold in fecal matter.
Aside from higher risks in getting STDs and STIs, you run a
risk of getting anal cancer. Not because of engaging in anal sex but from human
papilloma virus (HPV) infection. Anal sex alone does not cause Cancer and it is
less common compared to colon or rectum cancer.
On a positive note though, it can actually be enjoyable
since the anus is filled with a lot of nerves but only if done properly and
gently, using a lot of lubrication and not rushing.
