Road users cautioned

The assistant Minister for Roads Lee Kinyanjui has issued a stern warning to all the the road users who will be violating the new traffic rules during this festive season.
Speaking on Saturday during a press briefing in Nakuru town, the assistant Minister said that the law will not be lenient with any driver who will go against the new rules saying Kenyans should view the new rules as a positive steps as opposed as to harsh treatment.
Lee said that the government had started to embark on putting new road signs in all the major Highways in the country as one way of cracking down accidents in all the roads.
The assistant Minister urged the drivers to exercise the new laws with extra care so as to avoid loss of life during this festive season.
