Renowned festival lands in Nairobi

Nairobi - The Sondeka festival is set to make its debut in East Africa at the Ngong Racecourse grounds from the 18th to the 20th of October 2014, with what should be a showcase of talent from Kenya and beyond.

For those of you familiar with the word Sondeka, which can be loosely translated to Innovate, you know what this festival will be bringing to the table.

" It is a platform for numerous events, activities and exhibitions that showcase East Africa's creative industry. The festival brings all forms of creativity into one space to collaborate, co-create and showcase skills and social innovations for sustainable futures ",the event organizers said in a press release.

It is set to bring forth creatives from all across Africa in different fields from Music to art and dance to create the perfect festival in celebration of the brilliant minds all around us. It will feature live bands, DJ sets and lots of activities from dance to gaming.
