In a nutshell the same Kenya lack enough time and propeer systems to appreciate them.
Despite the fact that the education system is never free of challenges facing it doesnt imply everythng else about it is a total mess too.For instance in high school level the learners are usually equiped with a wide range of skills which may range from understanding world history, communication and creativityand body functioning but however the same systeem is appreciated in nighbouring nations through brain drain.
In higher learning institutions where things of a complex nature are offered face numerous challenges which are compounded by allocations of limited resources for research,no mentorship, political influence on the existing system.
There are also misplaced goals due the fact that the system is examination oriented therefore lacking a drive for innovations
The job market is faced with ever-growing number of graduates who throughout the whole system have never made an effort to utilise their knowledge already put in them. This may act as a catalyst to klill visions and dreams for future generations that may come to exist as the saying goes that a soul with no dreams is as good as dead
However, many are asking for major changes on this system but despite the fact that changes may be as good as a rest,we should be cautious of the changes. Its so clear that not all changes are positive but should instead stop critising the existing system that for decades has modelled the backbone for our economy by generating awareness and combating illiteracy
Moreover Kenyans should dare dream the neede change, learn the factors needed to implement the change, analyze and evaluate the relevance of the change and its future outcomes.Planning on the changeover stages, establishing the outcomes and solutions to the existing system should be effected since success is by design and not by accident
